Nayu N. Widianingsih
I am a sustainable landscapes and rural livelihood specialist with a PhD in rural land use and socio-economic from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. My research was multidisciplinary with a focus on issues of rural household income, ethnicity, and land use type and their links with the natural environment. Joining the ENB team of the World Bank as a consultant on natural resource management since 2020. My main consultancy is to support the design, operationalization, and project management of grants for sustainable landscape management of forest and landscapes. I have an interest on green development in Indonesia including access to forest/land use rights of Indigenous People and Local Communities (IPLCs), jurisdictional programs on carbon emission reduction, and climate change mitigation and adaptation actions.
